Account Manager/Key Accounts (m/f)

For our office in Dubai we  seek an  Account Manager to handle Key Accounts. You will be responsible for developing and managing the overall business relationship between Fast Lane and its customers. Fast Lane is a Training and Consulting company focusing on Vendor Certified Network Training. The business is highly competitive and it is key to address each customer’s needs and requests. As Account Manager you work collaboratively with your team members to provide our customers with best service.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing relationships and gather customer requirements 
  • Expansion of existing customer base and acquisition of new contacts
  • Identification of new business opportunities within Fast Lane’s area of competence
  • Expected to execute effective support to the Senior Sales Manager, including reports, proposals, presentations, post sales activities

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification 
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proven sales success in IT services and/or Training 
  • Excellent Negotiating skills 
  • Goal oriented 
  • Customer focused 
  • Teaming skills 
  • Strong PC and MS Office skills 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – Arabic is an advantage
